1. Only American Express Cards issued by American Express International (NZ) Inc, company number 867929, are eligible provided they are enrolled in the Membership Rewards programme. Card Members enrolled in the Air New Zealand frequent flyer programme, Business Cards affiliated with a wholesale partner and Supplementary Card members are not eligible for Shop with Points transactions. The Primary Card must be used to complete the purchase.
2. All your accounts must be in good standing and not overdue. A minimum of 3,000 points must be redeemed at any one time.
3. If redeeming with Points + Pay, the ‘pay’ component of your purchase will be automatically billed to your American Express Card Account and will appear on the first billing statement following redemption. You’ll earn Membership Rewards points on the ‘pay’ component of your purchase only.
4. Harvey Norman merchandise is subject to stock availability online at harveynorman.co.nz and is subject to change at any time. Shop with Points is only available for purchases made online. Card Members who hold an eligible American Express Card redeem Membership Rewards points for the products listed based on 16,000 Membership Rewards points for NZ $100 worth of value. This redemption rate is subject to change.
5. American Express will not refund points for purchases made using Points or Points + Pay. American Express will not refund or transfer purchases for cash or credit subject to the terms and conditions of the Membership Rewards programme available at https://catalogue.membershiprewards.co.nz/aboutTerms.mtw Harvey Norman, at their discretion, may provide an exchange or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase. Any dispute concerning goods or services received as a reward under the programme shall be settled between you and Harvey Norman.
